The outside shower has been winterized.  The main level common areas have ceramic tile flooring, and all bedrooms are carpeted.  Second floor bathrooms have vinyl flooring for easy maintenance.  This house is sold fully furnished and is in turn-key condition for either personal or rental use.  The current rental license expires in May.  This property does require flood insurance.  Most of the neighbors are year-round residents adding to the friendly and quiet atmosphere that Turtle Walk is known for.  There is no mandatory HOA, but there is an active, voluntary community association that produces a resident directory and hosts community events and happy hours.
