This house is sold fully furnished and is in turn-key condition for either personal or rental use.  The current rental license expires in May.  Due to the elevation of the lot, this property does not require flood insurance.  Most of the neighbors are year-round residents adding to the friendly and quiet atmosphere that Turtle Walk is known for.
